On May 6, 2015 there was held an annual general meeting of shareholders of "VTN-Agency" JSC where Mr. Georgy Ivanov, General Director, delivered an annual report.
On May 7, 2015 at the meeting of the Board of directors Mr. Alexander Kulikov, Deputy General Director, was elected as Chairman of Board of directors.
